EX Y.E customer. Looking to get cheaper electric.

Are neon reef any good ? I'm asking as they seem to be a new company

If I switch, will my credit/debit be transferred ?

    Your credit or debit won't be transferred. You'll get a final bill from your previous supply and sort that separately. People don't seem to be complaining about neon reef so I am guessing they are okay.

    You can't phone them, it's online only, but I've found them fine and their replies were lightning fast.

    I've only had good experiences with neon reef. So can recommend. Not good though if you prefer speaking to someone on the phone as they're online only.

    Also, there are several recent threads asking the same question about neon reef on the forum. Please do a forum search before asking a generic question to check if it has already been asked!

    My switch to Neon Reef appears to have failed. The glitch with the existing supplier, Symbio, did not help but Neon Reef did say it was still on. Now it looks like my account has been cancelled. The big problem with Neon Reef is their lack of capacity to communicate. There is only email but some messages are simply not answered and when they do answer there is a long delay. That lag has left them trailing behind but still sending automated emails about the switch that, in context of the account number no longer being valid, make no sense.
    My advice to anyone is to go to a bigger supplier that has the administrative capacity to manage the business and communicate appropriately with customers in a timely manner.

    As you don't appear to be aware there is also a chat function at the bottom of the Contact Us page but the icon only appears when chat is live (9am to 5pm I think).  In my experience you get connected pretty fast and they are very helpful
