    Which could be worth putting in the particulars.

    If a property is being put up for sale after such a short period of time, people can/will think the worst; problems with house, problems with development, seller financial problems.

    Maybe they are moving for work (a lot of people have lost or will lose jobs at the moment?) maybe they are divorcing, maybe they don`t like the schools etc. etc.? Most people will look at price/location before worrying about why people are moving IMO, and financial problems are good for the next buyer as they can get a discount more easily?
