If a property is being put up for sale after such a short period of time, people can/will think the worst; problems with house, problems with development, seller financial problems.1 -
Maybe they are moving for work (a lot of people have lost or will lose jobs at the moment?) maybe they are divorcing, maybe they don`t like the schools etc. etc.? Most people will look at price/location before worrying about why people are moving IMO, and financial problems are good for the next buyer as they can get a discount more easily?edgex said:
