Source?
Although frankly it's for my own interest only as it's 99.9999999% scam.3 -
called by rep after looking at result from Google giving multiple companies which supposedly provide savings accounts..... Suspicious as not on Martins list of companies ..... As they say if it looks to good then it probably is a scam!

It's a clone scam you are not talking to the real Aviva or anyone genuinely associated with them. Stop all contact and be suspicious of being targeted for any followup scams. This is not how Aviva conduct business and their products and/or bonds are being misrepresented. Stick to savings products on the MSE best buy tables.6

But Aviva wouldn't be calling you like this. So it's probably not Aviva calling.
Don't use google to find savings accounts - use reputable sites that review them for you.
There are quite a lot of them, not just MSE.
But google isn't one - it's merely a general search engine. Which will find lots of dodgy stuff as well as good stuff.

Its a scam. it has been doing the rounds for a while. They are clone scamming Aviva.
Whoever you are talking to or getting info from will not be representing Aviva or offering a real Aviva product. The real Aviva do not sell corporate bonds to retail consumers. Nor does any real financial adviser as its not a retail product.
The clone scam we saw last on here with Aviva saw a forged pdf taken from a real Aviva service and edited to reflect the fake product.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.2 -
