    The DDJ wouldn’t go with that, and said the proper course of action should be a complaint to the SRA.

     Do that

    They have wasted your time, now waste theirs, take them to court.for harassment /misuse of data/infringement of you leasehold rights  to quiet enjoyment/whatever  Also, compain l lke Friar Tuck to the Managing agents, threaten to include them in the claim.

    Thank you.  I missed that.  i am at present involved in a couple of property deals and perhaps my mind is elsewhere.
