I agreed a sale on my house and its been going on for several months. Since then the survey has been done. Two months after this two windows have began to mist. Am I required to do anything? The buyer knows they are old already 🤷♂️

            No, I wouldn't worry about it.0

Sounds like the seal in the glazing has blown allowing condensation to enter between the panes. Could cost anything from £70-£150 per window. I would raise it with EA and ask that its sorted or if they can contribute to new glazing in blown frames.0

Right you are read it wrong. I guess do nothing but be prepared to have it questioned at completion or if the buyer wants to do one more viewing before completion.0
