I bought a Chromecast from the Google store in November. It has now ceased to function, and having exhausted all the possible remedies, I wish to return it to Google, which appears to be impossible. The phones are closed 'due to Covid', emails are not answered, and there are no contact details anywhere, so I am stuck with a broken device. Has anyone any idea of how to return this thing, or is the only option to claim my money back via the credit card?
Thanks,
Colin

Take it you have tried resetting it?"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0

I have tried everything possible! I've rebooting it, unplugging it from the power and the tv, rebooting the router, reprogramming the tv, buying an extension cable....... You name it.0
