Debt recovery plus letter

Apparently I overstayed in a euro car car park jan 2020 and I have just started receiving letters from DRP literally on a weekly basis...the most recent one attached....im not sure how to deal with this recent letter please help!

Can I point you at the NEWBIE sticky, where you will find all the advice you need.  You may have missed this but it is one of the first five threads on the front page of the forum just below where you clicked on New Thread button.  The announcements are in RED so they are prominent.  As you have been receiving debt collector letters, go to the fourth post post, digest that and then go to the second post.

You owe nothing unless a judge says so.  Furthermore, they appear to have added an unlawful £70, read this and complain to your MP.

At the Bradford County Court, District Judge Claire Jackson (now HHJ Jackson, a Specialist Civil Circuit Judge) decided to hear a 'test case' a few months ago, where £60 had been added to a parking charge despite Judges up and down the country repeatedly disallowing that sum and warning parking firms not to waste court time with such spurious claims.   That case was Excel v Wilkinson: G4QZ465V, heard in July 2020 and leave to appeal was refused and that route was not pursued.  The Judge concluded that such claims are proceedings with 'an improper collateral purpose'.   This Judge - and others who have since copied her words and struck dozens of cases out in late 2020 and into 2021 - went into significant detail and concluded that parking operators (such as this Claimant) are seeking to circumvent CPR 27.14 as well as breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015.   DJ Hickinbottom has recently struck more cases out in that court area, stating: ''I find that striking out this claim is the only appropriate manner in which the disapproval of the court can be shown''.

Before seeing the post a response to the debt collectors to stop sending letters was sent stating that if they didn't stop it would be classed as harassment! A new email has now been sent with the copy of the  appeal rejection letter dated Jan 2020 along with pictures of said car from someone working for eurocarparks, obviously drp have gone back to them about the email they recieved. Is there another template that can be sent??? Pls help

Amber, why worry about what DRP do and say ..... totally useless idiots and circus clowns.
All they want is money and suggest you now ignore the DRP rubbish, 
DRP CANNOT TAKE YOU TO COURT NEITHER DO THEY OWN THE DEBT .... they are just cloud dreamers hoping you are a mug.

There is NO further template, why waste your time with circus clowns. You do not pay them, for their dinner tonight they can live on bread and dripping, well it does bring out the SCAM from them

Sorry I haven't written that very clearly...it seems DRP have sent the "debt" BACK to eurocarparks who have re sent the  the original email rejection letter. As attached above

 You posted about DRP letters last April.
At that time three people responded with the same message - ignore them.

You started this thread a week ago.
You have thanked all three replies on this thread too, so clearly you have read them all.
Have you not spotted the common theme in all the replies?
