1. The Prize Draw is a chance for one person to win a year's supply Of WaterWipes Biodegradable Wipes. (The prize is equal to £100 and consists of 8 boxes. Each box contains 12 packs of single packs containing 60 wipes each, equalling 720 wipes per box.)
2. The Prize Draw period begins on 15.02.21 and will be open for entries up to 01.03.21 (“Qualifying Period”). Late entries will not be accepted.
3. To qualify to enter the Prize Draw you need to submit your entry during the Qualifying Period using the appropriate link. All entrants must be resident of UK (excluding Northern Ireland)
4. The winners will be drawn at random as soon as reasonably practicable following the end of the Qualifying Period.
5. The winner will be notified by email.
6. We reserve the right to re-draw the prize if the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days.
7. The Prize is awarded ‘as is’ with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, other than for the product manufacturers standard manufacturers warranty. No substitution or transfer is permitted, the prizes are non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative to the prize.
8. The competition is not open to anyone associated with My Baba or product manufacturer.
9. Our decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Entrants accept that, if they win, My Baba will have the right to use their name and country of residence for the purposes of announcing the winner (s). The winner(s) may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw.
11. As the promoter of the Prize Draw, My Baba reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available. My Baba reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
12. By entering the draw you consent to our processing of your information for the purposes of the Prize Draw.
13. By deciding to enter into the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge and agree that My Baba shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this promotion.
14. In the event that you enter the competition by signing up to the My Baba newsletter your details shall be processed in accordance with the My Baba privacy policy at www.mybaba.com

16. The Prize Draw is organized and promoted by My Baba Family LLP whose registered office is at 80 South Audley St, London W1K 1JH

Any queries regarding the Prize Draw should be sent to Christina Walter, christina@mybaba.com The prize winners’ name only (no further details will be provided) may be obtained by written request by sending a self-addressed envelope to the Prize Draw address up to 30 days after the expiry of the Qualifying Period.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
