I use Outlook for email - just the free web version (outlook.live.com). I've tried to set up a mail forwarding rule, so that when mail arrives from a specific address, it's automatically forwarded to another (gmail) account. The rule looks to be set up OK, but it's not working - mail from the specified address doesn't automatically get forwarded. Any ideas?

It could be due to number of things.
1) You haven't created the forwarder correctly. make sure you follow this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/turn-on-automatic-forwarding-in-outlook-on-the-web-7f2670a1-7fff-4475-8a3c-5822d63b0c8e
2) Gmail is blocking the email for whatever reason. If you send a test to the outlook, do you receive a bounceback?
3) could be going into a spam folder in gmail1
