Help required with the basic process of repairing something privately and billing installers

I'd appreciate your help. The question I'm about to ask can apply to any type of build that comes with a warranty.
1. Installer who is warranty supplier is refusing to come out and repair a leak.
2. A letter, recorded deliver sent, standard consumer rights 2015 letter sent giving them 14 to repair. (not to make good damage cause they are aware of)
3. The installer ignores the above request,
4. At day 15 I get quotes and these will cost money as no one wants to come out and hard to get hold of a
good, specialist repair company.
5. Repairs done hopefully.
6. we pay the invoice.
7. We send copy of invoice via email and confirm via phone they have received it. We give them 7 days to pay.
8. 8th day, no payment received, we open small claims court case at sub 1k.
9. Hopefully we win.
10. They do not pay when ordered by the courts, so day 8 we employ high court bailiffs,
(FYI - we have pictures of leak etc they have them they've been out twice to look at it and
always will do this and that but don't. and won't judging by what they are doing. So help as above,
I have nothing else to add unless I feel it will help my cause but do appreciate concise, clear help. The above from item three onward's is hypothetical but
I am expecting that route to take place so want to be prepared.)

Warranty is not Consumer Rights .CR is the law .Warranty can be anything they want and subject to terms and conditions they decide .What does your warranty actually say/ cover .I would send an LBA letter before action/ claim (google for templates)1

I should have used the word guarantee, sorry and thanks.0

In this instance, I suspect warranty and guarantee are interchangeable. They are both something offered on top of your consumer rights. What does the guarantee provide, for how long and who is it offered by?0
-
I would if I knew more details of what the guarantee provides and who underwrites it. If you don't want to provide pertinent details, you may get limited or semi-informed help.justworriedabit said:

Given that this is your third thread on your situation in the last eight days, I suspect it won't be. You seem to be asking the same question in the hope of getting different answers. Perhaps a moderator might consider merging your threads.justworriedabit said:
Not to worry, thanks anyway as I'm happy with the info posted in post one as I'm just asking standard questions re a process that most people would have to take in my situation.Aylesbury_Duck said:

As the OP refuses to give information and is rather abusive to those that try to help best ignored .
