Not having heard of it either until the recent fuss about Lastpass wanting to earn revenue for the services it provides, I searched for mention of it on this forum and the first mention I came across was in 2019. Since then, there were only one or two other mentions of it until last week. When world and dog started recommending it.

I have a second email address set for LastPass on a mobile phone, so I'm hoping that I can keep using the free version on PC and on mobile. Until they ban that too.
Just in case, I have set up a BitWarden account BUT every time I try to import the LP csv it complains that a particular LP Notes section exceeds the limit on characters. So I try to hunt that down, change it, only to have a different Notes section causing it to have a headache  . I have 200+ different passwords, many with notes, and trying to hunt down the problem ones is getting annoying

Lastpass used to be very good and quite cheap £12 in 2011. I tried to cancel "Premium" this year. They still billed me. They seem like many businesses these days they make it easy to sign up and pay but when you want to cancel they are nowhere to be seen. I suppose I will have to try my credit card company.

I just cancel the payments with these companies that have auto renewals and be done with it. I don't feel the need to communicate with them.
