I’m considering moving to BG As it provides free boiler cover for a year. However it doesn’t mention this on the comparison site?

Secondly are smart meters a good idea? You have to have one with BG.
just looking for the best deal before April hikes. Currently with SSE in standard tarrif as only moved into my home recently.

BG only provides free boiler cover on certain plans. (For 1 year) Make sure you read the small print when you purchase any deal to check if it’s included. If unsure ping BG an email detailing the plan you are interested in to check.
please do a search on the forums for smart meters there are many many threads discussing the pros and cons of smart meters.1
