Hii im eligible to self employment hardship fund 2021, while filling the online application form i have done 2 mistakes, as this form said there is no option for re submitting, what should i do now? Please advise

Ive applied for the latest Scottish Newly Self Employed Grant, my first attempt said there was a mistake, so I was offered a resubmission.
Ive now been asked to do a telephone interview to ask more questions.
Has anyone had the telephone interview? Would be good to know how to prepare for this as there was no other instructions?

Its funny, when I applied for the first grant last summer, it was accepted without any issues.
