If you want to lose weight, then watch what you eat, using the MyFitnessPal app to count calories is a good option.
If you want to get fitter then a step target can be a good first step towards improving your cardiovascular health.0 -
It won’t help you lose weight as such but I found it very useful in monitoring how much exercise I was getting. Exercise is important whether you need to lose weight or not.
