Update- Original case won the set aside and settled with them due to being key worker and couldn't go back to court.

New proceding- Now I come back from holiday 2 months later to find a debt collector letter for a different PCN for a new case against me that dates back well over a year ago and before the original set aside case. The day in question I paid an hour and stayed an hour according to the app. They are taking action against me now for some other reason I don't know why, I have emailed but can take a week to respond.

Q1-But when I sent a SAR in the first case they did not send any other PCNS even though I asked for any they had on me- is this legal? They made it seem as if there was no other incidents. 

Q2-I call the debt company they say they performed a trace to find me in August 2021 for this new charge as Parking eye had no response from me . In Feb 2021 I gave PE my new address. In June 2021 the judge even double checked with their solicitor they had my new address and had updated records. They still sent a PCN to my old address in August 2021 despite being told by me and the Judge my new one- is this legal?

The debt collection woman said it was. It seems they have done it purposely so I could not appeal as they know I would win. I feel they will pursue me endlessly to my old address so I can't appeal any of them. I used to park there a lot, obviously haven't since the first incident. I feel so helpless, can anyone help me? I am worried they will send court paper works to my old address again.


 I complained to the ICO already previously but they said PE did nothing wrong. I will complain again about this one and to my MP

Q1 , no because as a data subject they should have replied with all of your data , send them another SAR , get the reply paperwork and then complain to the ICO and their trade body , proof first , complaints later

No , send a Data rectification notice to the DPO at the PPC as well as the above , ask them why they haven't updated their records already and that yet again their contractors are using old data , in breach of the GDPR , tell them you will be complaining about the matter to the ICO , and do so after the replies come back !!

Also complain to your local MP
