JD Sports

I purchased some tracksuit bottoms through JD Sports and when they arrived they were damaged. I sent them back highlighting this but they returned them about 2 weeks later stating that it wasn't a manufacturing error. I called them regarding this and they then offered a second independent inspection. I am still awaiting a response but while I wait I am just looking for some advice on my next steps. I tried to go through Resolver but received a pop up stating that JD tend to not respond through this channel.

If you sent them back within 14 days then it shouldn't matter why you returned them, as long as you didn't cause the damage yourself. Do they think you damaged them?
  • They seem to be implying this jon81uk. They were returned after 14 days as they were a Christmas present but receipt states 60 days returns window.
