Creditor Refund
Options
Well....
I've received an email from a creditor saying that they shouldn't have lent to me and I will be getting a refund, my issue now is I signed everything and sent back for a DRO yesterday. I am now what looks like going to receive a refund for a creditor or my list.
What will happen with my DRO? The refund amount won't clear all my debts by no means. I am going to contact stepchange when they reopen in the morning but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what will happen?
Thank you.

Contact stepchange because they won't have submitted this. Even if they have they may be able to stop the application by emailing DRO.Preorder@insolvency.gov.uk
The important detail is how much is this? Have they said precisely how much?
Apart from this one, did you declare any assets?1 -
Update.
Rang stepchange who told me not to.worry as I can have 1k aseell as the £90 fee. I also can delay the application process until I find out more so I feel reassured.0 -
That's correct. If it is already quantified (they've told you how much), it's less than £1000 and you don't have other assets taking you over £1000, then you're good to go1

Did you send them anything to get the refund? I shouldn't have been left a few payday loans and trying to get refunds0
