Wonderful news, the real nightmare will be trying to call them when call centres are on reduced capacity or staff are WFH.

I've managed to phone Sky recently and speak to somebody, no problem at all.

The increase on the list which is the hardest to bear ,is the increase in the charge for HD - up to £7 pm for something which should be "standard" in this day and age. Can't be many SD only subscribers left by now !!0

Looked at adding HD to the package when I signed up and thought I'd hold on until up and running. You do get some HD channels anyway without adding £5 (currently) on to your bill. Anyways the ones that aren't in my package aren't worth me adding TBH. They say it adds 40 channels in HD, I can't see where from unless I think including the ones you are already getting, bit of a con me thinks.
Anyways I've gone through my package, if the price increases are applied it will total an extra £2 per month. The prices seem to lump in for stuff like HD of course and ultra, Netflix and such stuff which I don't have.0 -
I believe Sky signature is £30, however in the report it states it’s £25 going up to £26, can anyone explain. It has now been updated to say £31 if out of contract.0

I have just checked my ‘future bill’ for June and it shows I’m going to be paying £15 more a month!! I currently pay £45.99 for the basic tv/phone and broadband package and it’s going up to £60.99 per month!!! Surely they can’t increase by that much? That’s £180 a year!!0
