Which CC to balance transfer?

Hi, I'd really like some thoughts on a balance transfer. I have currently have 2 cards:
one at 26% (£2,600 - paying £140 a month incl £64 interest)
one at 13% (£11k - paying £323 a month incl £114 interest)
I can do a transfer of around £6k, any advice on which would be the cheapest option would be much appreciated, as I'm going round in circles.

I'd transfer the whole of the 2600 at 26% then as much as you can of the other 110001
