Good afternoon all,
Thanks for all advice so far.
I recently submitted my Directions Questionnaire (N180) and recorded my local county court.
Just this afternoon I received an email from DCB Legal containing a Notice of discontinuance. Great news!
I have one last question: will I receive official correspondence from the court to confirm that this claim has been discontinued?
