State Bank Of India UK - Fixed Deposit Maturity - Feedback

I think a few people took out fixed deposits with SBIUK around 5 years ago ISA, maybe Non ISA, was wondering if anyone has feedback of experiences of how long took to receive maturity funds etc

5 years ago I registered for online banking and was never able to login thus sent maturity instructions by post signed for, it turned out despite being a large branch on corner of high street postman did not believe anybody was there so did not deliver letter nore leave a card, I only discovered this a few days after maturity as maturity was on a  Friday.
Tried phoning 0800 couldnt understand what was being said, sent email and secure message as was now able to log in, maturity funds having rolled over to another 5 year fix, they didnt reply to email as was different to what was registered with 5 years earlier, they didnt reply to secure message either for unknown reasons.
Assistant Manager phoned me, outcome transferred maturity funds to internal savings feeder account that had been created,  they would not move funds to external account  for me, when I tried to move funds to my external account failed  as OTP needed to be enabled by SIB back office, I now have my funds out of SIB albeit only paying 1.2% as opposed to 2.6% for previous 5 years :s
This is email address I was emailed from after phone call from A.M  info.birmingham.sbiuk@statebank.com  responses very good
I have direct phone number ( not general 0800) feel free to PM me if needed
