Current Distance Selling Laws

Why do you think you would be entitled to a refund when the issues isn't with the product but with your skin no reacting well to it?. 

If you have emailed saying you are "entitled to a refund under distance selling laws" then they have probably decided to ignore you because they will see you don't understand the law so don't have to worry about you getting anywhere with your refund request.
