Executors Insurance & Section 75

Please forgive if this is in the wrong section but it's my first post. Basically my husband is an executor of his late fathers estate which includes 2 properties. We arranged insurance through a specialist broker last week at a cost of almost £700 which was paid by credit card. Despite the broker saying they would forward the policy documents that day we are a week in and have received nothing from them. We've sent 2 emails and tried to contact them by telephone on 3 occasions but our calls are not being returned and they haven't responded to our emails either. Obviously it's not an insignificant amount of money and we're very concerned at the lack of response from the broker. We'd be grateful to get advice on what steps we can take to try and recover the money as we simply cannot afford the loss. I assume there would be a cooling off period as the transaction was carried out over the phone but if we can't make contact with the broker don't see how we could invoke that. Should we raise a Section 75 claim for refund from the credit card company? Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks

It's only a week (or less?) so is probably going through the system. They probably started the process on the day you spoke to them. Then there's Covid delays and people working from home.

A week that had heavy snow in many areas and no post collected or delivered most of last week (our sorting office collected very little and delivered nothing for most of last week). We'd be grateful to get advice on what steps we can take to try and recover the money as we simply cannot afford the loss.
You are being very premature with this.

Thanks for the comments but I am very nervous due to the lack of response from the company and the fact they said they'd email the documents that same day and didn't. If I had been told the paperwork could take a while that would be different but I was told that the documents had been received by the Broker whilst we were still speaking on the phone and would be forwarded to me that same day. In addition we are unable to reclaim the premiums from the Estate without the documentation. I'm hopeful people will understand our concerns.0
