i am somewhat confused by the t&c for the new post office prize draw:

does this mean that an eligible (non-isa) savings account has to be branch-based, or would an online account qualify as well?

The top prize is £10k. This is not much for a national prize draw. It's not worth jumping through hoops to qualify imho.0
