Voters roll hindering credit?

A default drops off my credit file soon however I am not on the voters roll on my mortgaged house my mum lives in it on her own. I have the mortgage, bank statements, driving licence etc at the address however when doing soft searches I am ineligible for any cards/loans. My experian score is 854. People are saying my final default in may will have lost its affect by now. Is this voters roll issue going to stop.me moving forward?

Quite probably. In any case, you are required by law to register as a voter (assuming you are eligible to vote!), so you should get yourself on the register anyway. Why have you not done so already? The address you register at should be the address where you live and this should also be the address used for your bank accounts. As far as credit goes, this will show stability after a period of time, which is exactly what potential lenders are looking for. The sooner you get this sorted the sooner it will affect your eligibility for credit.0

Not being on the ER is always an issue, not matter what pretend number Experian give you.0
