Hire Purchase - faulty car

Hi all,
Hopefully you'll be able to help.
I bought a car in Dec 2019 from a dealer on HP.
In Feb 2020, the car broke down with fuel injectors, replaced by the dealer.
In June 2020, the turbo went, again replaced by the dealer, didn't get the car back till August 10th, and on the 13th, the fuel injectors went again! The car is starting to shudder again in 2nd gear which happened last time. I've a feeling its gonna go again shortly but my query being, can I just hand the car back on the HP due to the same issues arising all the time if it is the injectors again? I've never missed payments or anything like that and can more than afford the car but just frustrating that it keeps going every few months. Its just unreliable now. I'm on the road for work, even in the pandemic so I'm just anxious it'll let me down at the worst time like on the M4 Severn Bridge in the middle of a storm like last year.
Car is only 5 years old!
Any advice or help from people who have been in the same situation?
