Tandem - issues?

Does anyone on here use Tandem as per top pics for rates on here?
It's all setup and working, I did one transaction for £1 to test, but then Lloyds told me a £10k transfer would take me over a daily limit, £1k worked, 5k looked to work then Tandem told me it was unsuccessful then the app just stalled and keeps whirring around.
The whole True Layer and app side of things seems clever, but it seems a bit glitchy in my view. Also Tandem wouldn't log me into the desktop Web interface.
Just wondering others experience of it really?
