Pretty standard terms

1. The prize for this competition is provided by hush and Fish & Pips.

2. The prize: £1,000 Fish & Pips voucher to spend sitewide, plus £250 to spend on the new hush collection.

• Stays must be taken by 1st March 2022. After this date, this voucher is no longer valid.

• The stay is subject to availability.

• The main winner of the holiday prize must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim their prize.

• The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternatives are available, no substitutes and no reassigning the prize to anyone else. hush and Fish & Pips reserve the right to substitute the prize as dates are subject to availability.

• Prizes will be issued/distributed by hush and Fish & Pips within 14 days of selecting and announcing the winner (unless prize is not immediately available).

4. The prize draw is governed by English law in the English jurisdiction.

5. You must be over 18 to enter into this prize draw and to claim the prize.

6. Directors, officers, and employees (or any of their direct relatives) of hush, or any other person or party involved in organisation of the competition are not eligible to enter this prize draw or claim the prize.

7. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of hush and Fish & Pips, which are final in all matters relating to the prizes. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. If you win the prize, you agree to provide hush and Fish & Pips with all information reasonably requested for hush to substantiate your identity, age, and place of residence.

9. Hush and Fish & Pips may use information relating to the prize draw for marketing or promotional purposes, including use of the winner's name and likeness. Personal information of entrants will always be used in accordance with hush's Privacy Policy and the current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.

10. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, hush and Fish & Pips are not responsible for any loss or damage associated with you entering these terms and conditions, prize draw, or the provision of any aspect of the prize or any act or omission of any other person or party, and all warranties, conditions and representations (of any kind) not expressly set out in these terms and conditions are hereby excluded (except in the case of fraud).

11. hush and Fish & Pips may terminate these terms and conditions and the prize draw if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions or if any circumstances beyond hush's reasonable control prevent or restrict hush or any other person or party from providing the prize or any aspect of the prize.
