Cheated out of refund

Lastminute.com have offered me 151.68 out of £1706 for cancelling my flight 25 March... Who can I contact otger than CMA who I did... Nobody wants to help.... I'm shattered

You’re going to have to give a fuller picture if you want more advice.
Who cancelled the flight, you or the airline? March this year or last year? 
What is the reason they have given for such a small amount? Vouchers? Some other reason? 

How did you pay and have you looked at a s75 claim if paid by credit card? 

Have you looked to see if your insurance would cover it?

If you cancelled and the flight operated it is possible that the refund you have received is the refundable taxes less the lastminute admin fee (this would likely be as per the fare rules of the ticket type). What airline and were they offering any waivers at the time you cancelled?
If the airline cancelled the flight then it does look like the figure is wrong as in most cases you should have received a full refund less the lastminute admin fee.

Yes Anheard.  Are you speaking about a flight March 2021?   Your post does sound like you cancelled. If so then the t’s and c’s on booking will apply.  If the flight was for March 2020, who cancelled?  You or them?   Please do get back and people may be able to help you further.
