Does anyone on here know exactly how the points work with regards to the apple watch and vitality? I'm interested in signing up but just want to know a few things before I give my number.
I know what you pay per month for the watch is dependant on how many points you earn in that month. If I ended up paying £5 per month for the watch, would that be alongside the cost of whatever vitality plan I sign up to?
Also, regarding points, I notice it says you can earn activity points towards watch cost by keeping active.......I walk about 10 miles, 6 days a week so I would get some there. Is the amount of points earnt dependant on the amount I would walk or would it be 3 activity points regardless of whether I walked 6 miles or 10 miles?
Lastly, I notice it says max points earnt per day is 8, and you can only earn points from one activity. One of which is healthy minds activities. I was wondering if I did my normal walking amount and then healthy mind stuff would I get two lots of points or just one? However many points for walking, and then however many for healthy minds? Its a little unclear to me online.
Any vitality members that know this before I ring, I would be very grateful if you could let me know.
Thanks

Don't go for an insurer based on gimmicks. Does it cover the amount at a competitive price, anything else above that is a bonus
Also bare in mind gimmicks can change at anytime and they have increased the bar to reach thresholds in recent years.
Whereas your premiums and covered amount won't change if you decided at the start"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
