If you make the resolution/bitrate large enough (or don't compress the end result or are just generally lacklustre with just about everything), yes. As a general rule I believe raw UHD video files work out to somewhere around 12 minutes of video for every gigabyte at a 20Mbps bitrate (for "mid range" quality I presume), but even at the worse case scenario, 5/6Gb a minute is probably more realistic.
