Ninefold Distillery is an artisanal Scottish rum distillery based in a centuries-old dairy building on Dormont Estate, Dumfries and Galloway. Using sugar cane molasses, owner and distiller Dr Kit Carruthers ferments, pot distils and bottles premium rum from scratch.

With a buttery mouthfeel and notes of butterscotch, caramel, vanilla and citrus, the distillery’s award-winning unaged rum, Ninefold Pure Single Rum, can be enjoyed over ice or as the delicious base for classic rum cocktails. Think beautiful daiquiris or mojitos!
