The Gladstones letter is so woeful, it stinks of SCAM
When talking about the fake £60 saying pursuant to the ATA code of practice.  
Gladstones do come out with such rubbish ....... the code of practice has nothing whatsoever to do with the motorist. there is NO contract.  The IPC code of practice in particular is a pre determined scam contrived by Gladstones and the IPC/IAS  ..... 

The menacing threat of a CCJ is so childish and intimidating and a complaint should be made to the SRA.     Only a judge can decide this, not a scammer.  

I think that right now there is one person who writes these stupid letters for all the legals, they are all so flawed and cloud dreaming

@Umkomaas i cannot update on it now as its closed but I never heard from them again. no offence meant by not responding.

Just remember that all this is done in your daughters name , you are assisting her , but you cannot take it over

The fact that the vehicle was scrapped is irrelevant , the V5C had her name on it last year when the incident happened

Do a response from her to Gladrags and get her to email a SAR to the DPO at UK cpm , with copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof of I D under the GDPR law. Do not use a passport or driving licence , not at all , too much personal data

Thanks. We give so much of ourselves to helping motorists deal with this stuff, often for months on end, only to find that we get no update and the thread goes cold. We don't know if the case was won or lost, or whether the motorist fell off his/her perch!  It's frustrating and causes me for certain (possibly most regulars) to consider just how much longer to continue. We don't ask for money, just a simple, single sentence to provide an outcome. Not difficult really. Without us, the majority of motorists are stuffed and will simply be mown down and financially raped by the private parking sector juggernaut. 

Why other, than for activists here and a small number of other similar forums, has the Government been persuaded to step in and enact legislation (the outworkings of which to follow later this year) to bring some semblance of control across this venal, rapacious and out of control sector?
