I contacted Facebook this week to say can they delete my late husbands account, but skied delete not memorialised. They said they had memorialised and asked if that was delete. They have now deleted him and his comments and photos have gone. I just wanted people not to get birthday reminders up. I replied to the email saying I wanted his posts left on and I’d made a mistake in terminology, but no reply. I can’t fill in the form again requesting memorialised as his URL does not exist. As this happened yesterday I think they could retrieve his account but how do I contact them. This is really upsetting me and I don’t know how to contact them. Can anyone suggest anything?

There’s a form you can fill in - could be the same one as you used in the first place.I googled and found someone else had posted a similar situation- not sure if you’ll be able to see this or not.Use the special request option on here which might avoid using the URLAll shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
