Hi!
I’ve lived here in Derbyshire 8 years now, so alway’s the same area, alway’s had to rent, so have moved a few times, i alway’s let ST know when i’ve left a property & into another, i have written a letter of complaint regarding the default & requested proof that this debt is in fact mine, also i’ve not been living at 2 properties over the past 4 years, not sure why they have 2 accounts for me, 1 here and another i’ve just not been paying apparently xx

I’ve now noticed that Severn trent have listed me living at an address in Hampton, London & put this on my credit file, plus...yesterday a CCJ popped out of nowhere! Dated August 2018, by Severn trent of course, i am gutted! Not only a default, but now a CCJ, i had zero knowledge of either, and they have alway’s known my whereabouts, i’ve emailed the county court for advise on this, i’m going to do what i can as it’s them in the wrong!0

Do you know what period of time that bill covers, and if it's for a period when you lived at that address?Libluvzsuzy said:
Hi, the representative listed my previous addresses on the web chat, so in that moment, i simply accepted they were right, and i just don’t want any debt in my name, i have put in a formal complaint to severn trent water disputing the arrears/amount etc, if i do in fact owe it, fine, i’ll certainly pay, but i’ve asked them to remove the default from my credit file, i don’t understand why they waited four years to do this, plus, they have alway’s known where i live to send me letters etc to give me the opportunity to deal with it before it got escalated to a derogatory mark on my credit file xx2021BJ said:
Well, £553 wouldn't get you very much Cocaine, it can get you a reasonable amount water + the cost of getting rid of all that water too.Libluvzsuzy said:I’m certainly disuting the £553.00! It’s water, not bloody cocaine!
If you're disputing the bill why did you set up an instalment plan with them?0
