1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Win Family Fitness Prizes with Vitality’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Thursday 11th February 2021 to Sunday 14th February 2021 on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

5.    Online entry will open at 11:00 on Thursday 11th February 2021 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 14th February 2021.
6.    One winner will be randomly selected from all, correct, eligible entries and notified within 7 days of the close date via the contact details they have provided.

8.    Entry is restricted to UK residents only.
9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 
10.    The winners will be notified at the earliest convenience within 7 days of the competition close date.

Prize Terms and Conditions:
15.    Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 
16.    Bikes includes build and delivery subject to availability – delivery may not be available, and a store collection may be required in some instances from a local store. Sizes are strictly subject to availability. Kids bikes will be sizes up to frame size 24" up to age 11. 
17.    All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries. 
18.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
