I stupidly used claims guys thinking I really wouldn’t get anything anyway, after months they appeared to of closed the case and that was that. I now have received money from the bank and claims guys are hot in my tail with calls but no letter from them. Do I answer the calls , wait for a letter or ignore them as they closed case and bank haven’t informed them of the outcome so they have no idea how much if anything I received from the bank.

Have you got something in writing from them that that particular complaint has been closed by them?
if they’ve been notified by the lender of a payout, it’s more than likely they’ll have been sent the same letters you have, so they probably already know the amount, hence the phone calls.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
It's unlikely they will let you get away without paying their fees just because they didn't seem to do anything for a few months unless you had something in writing saying they had stopped representing you and had no further claims to the cash0

If the bank hasn't informed them of the outcome, how do they know you have had a payout?
