1.1 This competition closes on 4 April 2021

1.2 Any entries received after the Closing Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

1.3 Condé Nast Publications Ltd decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Condé Nast Publications Ltd reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond either Condé Nast Publications Ltd control.

1.4 This competition is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

2. Entrant restrictions

2.1 Open to UK and Eire residents only. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and proof of age will be required before the prize is dispatched.

3. Route of Entry

3.1 Entry is free of charge – no purchase is necessary, internet access is required.

3.2 No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

3.3 Condé Nast Publications Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant’s error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or other such causes.

3.4 Condé Nast Publications Ltd are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party websites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this competition misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the competition.

4. Competition Details

4.1 All qualifying entrants who answer the question correctly will be placed in a free prize draw.

4.2 The prize-winner will be drawn at random after the closing date.

4.3 Winners will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. They will have 7 days to claim the prize. After which if not claimed, another winner will be chosen at random.

4.4 The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.5 There will be one overall prize for one winner plus guest. The prize consists of two world traveller British Airways seats from London Gatwick to Saint Lucia, with a 5-night stay for 2 people at East Winds on an all-inclusive basis.

5. Prize Restrictions and Details

5.1 There is no cash alternative to the prize.

5.2 The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip, and both require 30 days advance booking and are subject to availability. Travel must be taken by March 2022. Both hotel and flights are subject to availability. Blackout periods include December and January, February and Easter school holiday dates in 2021 and 2022.

5.3 Prize travel is subject to British Airways’ General Conditions of Carriage, available at http://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/information/legal/conditions-of-carriage The winner and their companion must travel together on prize flights and will not accrue Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Frequent Flyer points. The flight tickets must be used by yourself and your companions travelling together in both directions. Children and infants under 12 years old are not eligible to travel on the prize winner’s ticket. Once tickets have been issued they are valid for the flights/dates shown only. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted with these tickets.

5.4 East Winds and Saint Lucia Tourism Authority make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.

5.5 Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.

5.6 The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. The prize winner and their companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity remaining after the return to the UK and must organise relevant visas where required. UK passport holders do not require a visa to visit Saint Lucia. East Windsand Saint Lucia Tourism Authority will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.

5.10 The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from London Gatwick, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food are not included in the prize.

5.11 The package is non-transferable and no alternative packages will be offered.

5.12 There is no cash alternative.
