Cancelling Virgin services

Cancelled my services with them, never asked the question and they never mentioned it either but, would they want their equipment back, if so do they collect it?

Yes. They will send you envelope to put in.  They will probably call you soon with tempting offer to stay

Thanks for that link, I'll wait and see how they want it sent back 
My son still has his equipment, keeping it safe in case they collect it. That was nearly 2 years ago they said they'd get it picked up, nothing from them.🙄
