Is Sky in breach of contract?

The OP's contract is with Sky, not Openreach. Whatever problems Openreach may or may not have had (and yes, I'm sure that a light dusting of snow is reason enough for Openreach to invoke this "matters beyond our reasonable control" that you've invented on its behalf), that's irrelevant to the contract between the OP and Sky.Browntoa said:It's been snowing ( you may have noticed ) and I assume MBORC ( matters beyond our reasonable control ) has kicked in for openreach . This allows them to prioritise reduced resources to where it's urgently required like hospitals , elderly vulnerable etc.0
