IVA and Credit Report

Hi all,
Apologies if this has already been covered on here, but I have been doing some digging and yet cannot find a satisfactory answer as of yet.
I have been in my IVA with Vanguard/Ebenegate since 2017, projected to finish in August 2022. I have also signed up to Credit Karma and Experian credit reports, but there is no mention of my IVA anywhere on that. Instead it is showing my outstanding debts which are covered by the IVA.
I am just worried that with no record of it on there, it simply looks like I have defaulted, which we all know is no good!
I have contacted Ebenegate to find out what is going on, but they haven't gotten back to me as of yet. Any information anyone on here has, would be greatly appreciated.

So I have had a response from Ebenegate, but hasn't really cleared anything up
"Your IVA is updated on your credit file by the national creditor rating agencies themselves. If you have any questions regarding this please contact them directly."
Has anyone else been down this road, and if so can you provide any contact for the agencies named above?

I am sorry for the spamming, but I really just want to make sure everything is above board!

As long as you're on the insolvency register, I wouldn't worry.
Could be an advantage that it doesn't show on the file.

It will and should show under ‘public records’ as IVA, it is in effect a CCJ. It will also show all your accounts defaulted and the new accounts that the debt was sold to (such as ArrowGlobal/PRA Group etc).

have you tried the MSE Credit Club free full report?
