Mistake on credit card application - will I be National Hunter/CIFAs flagged?

Hi everyone,
New member here, hoping someone can offer any advice. I recently applied and was instantly approved for an Amex, I always screenshot my online forms for my records (force of habit) and a couple of weeks later I read through as I was about to make another app and realised that I'd put down that I was a homeowner when I actually rent, I must have clicked the wrong option on the form. My question is, do I call up now and let them know, or do I just leave it? How likely is this to have been flagged as a discrepancy by national hunter? I've been reading around on here and worked myself up thinking I'll be instantly flagged and halfway on my way to a CIFAs marker, and especially if I go back to selecting the 'correct' option on future credit applications. Any advice would be really appreciated!

If you were accepted, it's unlikely it will be flagged.
But go for the correct option on future applications. Once can be classed as a mistake, multiple times is clearly intentional.1 -

I'd probably stay away from Amex for now.
