After months of no joy on a refund I going that OF have all customers money held in trust by Travel Trust. OF t's and c's state no money is given to them until you start your holiday. I wrote to OF asking why my money had been taken out of trust and kept, if that was the case to which they didn't reply. Finally I complained to Travel Trust using
