I have tried to find out how to access this grant several times but its so complicated and vague I have failed now seems Im probably too late. Good trick, make it difficult then when people fail cut the fund. Im sure its me and not intentional?

I put in an application for an air source heat pump within minutes of the scheme opening, at 9am on 30th September. Four months on, they still haven't processed my application. They asked the supplier for an explanation about costs (the costs are roughly comparable with other contractors) and that's all the communication I've had from them. Our contractor has now pulled out of the scheme, leaving us in limbo (and with semi-broken heating we need to replace)

Not surprising that funding has been cut - HMG have got to find the wherewithal to cover the cladding fiasco !!0

I applied for my Green Homes Voucher the day after the scheme opened. It took until Jan 09 to arrive. My contractor has not done the work yet as he is still waiting for a previous installation to be paid for by the government. He doesn't have the cash flow to buy all the equipment for multiple jobs upfront and I understand his position. He is finding it impossible to communicate with the scheme or even get a confirmation that they have his claim. After all the fanfare from the government when the Green Homes Scheme started they seem to have failed to put in place an efficient, user friendly system. Why am I not surprised?1

I applied to join the scheme for 10 worth of external wall insulation. I have had to jump through so many hoops. Answering repeat questions over and over again. I rang GHG who now said everything seems in order. So where is my voucher???. Now with the news of funding being pulled. I feel I have been scammed. This is so wrong on so many levels.
