No.
And it's Scottish Power not Energy by the way. Also there is a current large thread about the YE/SP situation which will give lots of answers and saves having multiple threads on same subject running1 -
You could have a grind through this lot to see what might be going on. I'd start at the end https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6220161/yorkshire-energy/p181and work backwards if I were you as there are around 1800 posts on the subjectNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0

I moved to Scottish Power from Yorkshire energy and I dont think the correct meter readings have been transferred. Ive tried logging into the ye.co.uk account but no luck. Does anyone know how I can access all my statements?0

I suspect you are far too late to get much traction on this. I've seen a post elsewhere suggesting all staff have now left. You could try contacting the administrators shown on YE's slimmed-down web page. Ultimately, you will either pay your old or new supplier for the fuel used, so if your only issue is the cutover reads being a little bit out, you might just have to wear the notional overcharge on one and undercharge on the other supplier, unless you have a bigger issue I've not grasped.DebzHepp said:I moved to Scottish Power from Yorkshire energy and I dont think the correct meter readings have been transferred.
