Anyone used Strike Online Estate Agents?

Hi, we are just about to complete our sale having used Strike and all I can say is that for us it was brilliant. Really all we wanted was a route to get our house onto the Rightmove platform so we did a little research...Strike really were totally free, they offered their other services which we declined and they never put any pressure on us at all. We wrote the listing ourselves, got our own photographer in for £70 to do the photos and within 24 hours the house was listed. Thanks to the digital platform you can put all the details and photos on when you are free to do so...not waiting for a third party to ‘get round to it’ as the traditional estate agents do!! The Strike representative then listed on the system and off we went. The digital platform for booking viewings is an absolute dream, far far superior to the conventional method of trying to get through to an estate agent... and eventually making contact when they possibly answer the phone...then waiting for them to come back and confirm when you can view...digital booking really is the future. We carried out the viewings ourself, after all...who can tell people as much about the home as the owners? We had the usual ‘time wasters’ but you get them when you use a traditional estate agent too. We received multiple offers within 2 weeks and the negotiator worked hard to get us the best price. We knew what the market value for our home was and we achieved that so we were happy. Strike carried all the due diligence of ID checks etc etc. Post the sale agreement the solicitors took over as usual, I don’t need an estate agent to chase solicitors for me, I pay a solicitor to do a job so why would I chase my estate agent to chase the solicitor? Pointless. Hence I can’t comment on how Strike performed through these element but they did send me updates when we hit milestones like ‘searches all received back’ and when we exchanged etc but we already knew that as we spoke to the solicitors. We would definitely use them again without doubt, if you cannot be bothered to ascertain the market value of your own home, carry out viewings yourself and speak to your own solicitor then possibly Strike isn’t for you...personally I feel that as one of the largest transactions you will ever make I want to be in control as much as possible and Strike gave me that! At the start I thought I would give them a try as I had nothing to lose and I am 100% glad I did...saved circa £2k.5
