P&O ferries credit note/refund

P&O have now cancelled their Zeebrugge service and as a consequence will now refund credit notes issued during the 2020 Covid cancellations...phone their helpline and press for any option. Good luck.

If they are going to process refunds. Why the need to phone them? Simply takes staff away from productive activity.  Will take time to work through the back log.

What is the telephone number? i cant find it anywhere. I had a booking from May last year cancelled and i still have not had a refund or any way to re-book with a credit note. I cannot contact them, they are not replying to emails, and i cannot find a telephone nujmber.
