Dro credit report

Hi,

I was granted a dro on 8th February 2020 so I'm relieved that the 12 months is now over with.

I didnt check my credit report in that 12 months, think I was too scared!  Today I have just checked it and it states.....3rd July 2020 court date then underneath it states 3rd July 2021 set aside.....what's that all about, should I be worried, I'm panicking now.

When I was granted the dro it was all credit card debt owed to 4 high street banks.  I have never received an acknowledgement from any of these banks about my dro, infact I haven't received a single letter from any of them.  The only letter I received was from the insolvency service stating  my dro had been approved with my dro number and the list and amount of my debts which was all correct.

I was wondering if anyone could shed any light on the court date issue.

CRAs can make the DRO entry look odd and I assume that's what you're looking at but the dates should match your DRO dates.

It's nothing to worry about and the five  month difference  doesn't matter much.

Do all three reports show the same thing?

I'm only registered with clear score.  I've just looked again at it and underneath those dates it says amount £0.00.

Hi, I had literally the same query last month. Is it showing the strange date as a pending change to your next report? If so, mine did too and when the next report came out, the dates were correct and as I expected. Hope this helps.

Thanks Bobbington.  It's not showing as pending but it says next report due 20th February.  I will check then.  I dont mind what it says as long as there is nothing to worry about.
