    Thanks @Barneybear2015
An unfortunate set of circumstances, but a clear way forward.

Yeah Just have to move forward
I got a wavier letter from The Crown Solicitor but companies house won't accept as I voluntary disovled the company.
I need a affidavit for the the high court to open the company and release the money then company disolve again.
My solicitor quoted £1500 to £2000 for his fees, the court only cost £200. Thats a large chunk of the money.
I need to check if any companies specalise in this field for cheaper costs. My solicitor does'nt  but will do it for me
    Thanks again

Do you actually need a solicitor? It looks like you have two options which is to either restore the company (£280 fee, plus accountants fee to produce new accounts, then shut the company down again), or the discretionary grant (£300 fee + 5% of amount) option. Neither option looks particularly complicated although the latter is probably simpler option and once you factor in the additional costs of the former you will find that they are either cost neutral or that the former is more expensive despite the 5% fee.
