I experienced a non fault accident, One Call were the 3rd party insurers.
This company has a policy of contacting the claimant directly and, twice daily, ringing to argue about the varying costs - waaay too lengthy to type out here but most definitely worth a mention in this subsection. 
Carlo definitely makes it to the top of the list - horrible person 😡😡😡
